We also have a Fellows-Pfauter P251 however we have never powered ours up so this is just going right from the manual. Tang. Diff. Constant is listed as 3/32, our book has been corrected from the 3/16 that you say you have. Also the Axial Diff. Constant is changed to 4.5/25.4. We have an RS00 that we had to change all the constants on compared to the book so it's not all that uncommon for us to see this.
