Reverse eng. a shaft, I cut 8/16 dp 22t on G & E 24h.
These teeth mesh with another internal gear for a clutch assembly. Actually like a multiple spline. Apparently a
chamfering hob was used . Doh! Any ideas on best fix?
This chamfer is only issue.
