we have to cut a helical shaper cutter on hobbing machine with class "B" DIN 3962.

3 module,20°P.A.,20° R.H. helix angle,2°4'side clearance
we tried to cut from a regular hob but thr required accuracy can't get.
pl.guide me.which hob is suitable for this hobbing operation ?? or req.machine setting to be changed Like-differntial gear,side cleance gear,indexing gear
