Large Prime-Number Ratio

Know any tricks to obtain a large prime ratio?
I need to design a spur gearbox with a gear ratio of 431:1, exactly. Note that 431 is a prime number. I
don't belive it is possible, unless you have a gear in the train with 431 teeth (or a multiple of 431). Does anyone know
of a trick to obtain pinion and gear teeth counts that produce a large, prime number ratio without having
a gear with the number of teeth equal to the large prime number? Note that I am only asking for help in
finding numbers of teeth, not a complete design procedure.
